Awareness of Limiting Beliefs
Begin noticing old beliefs and messages that may still be influencing your life.

A 2-Hour Introductory Experience
Two hours to slow down, look within, notice the patterns shaping your life and begin creating a more loving relationship with yourself.
Inspired by the philosophy and experiential work of Louise Hay, this introductory workshop offers a gentle but powerful first step into deeper self-awareness, self-love and personal change.
Facilitated by Kishore Bhogale
International Certified Heal Your Life® Workshop Leader

Do you tend to?
Maybe you keep repeating the same emotional or relationship patterns.
Maybe you are kinder to everyone around you than you are to yourself.
Maybe you understand what you "should" change, but something inside keeps pulling you back into old habits, thoughts or reactions.
Maybe you have achieved a lot externally, yet something still feels incomplete internally.
Criticise yourself endlessly?
Accept unfulfilling relationships as part of life?
Feel guilty when you live for yourself?
Become afraid of leaving your comfort zone?
Procrastinate things that might benefit you?
Not take good care of your body?
Hesitate to charge a decent price for your work?
Play small because you are afraid of being judged?
What if change begins not by fixing everything around you…
but by changing the relationship you have with yourself?
Our Intention
Get 'unstuck' from limiting past experiences
Get introduced to the Thought Cycle
Uncover negative beliefs that don't support you
Rediscover powerful ways of thinking
Learn ways to love yourself even more
This is not simply a talk. You will be invited to reflect, participate and experience practical personal-development processes designed to help you look within.
01
Begin noticing old beliefs and messages that may still be influencing your life.
02
Explore how the way you speak to yourself can influence the way you feel, choose and respond.
03
Explore what loving yourself can mean beyond positive thinking.
04
Discover the philosophy behind one of Louise Hay's most recognised self-awareness practices.
05
Explore the idea that earlier experiences may continue to influence present-day patterns.
06
Understand how intentional language can support new patterns of thinking.
07
Take time to pause, journal and become more conscious of what you want to change.
Attribution: Practices such as Mirror Work, affirmations and inner-child reflection are introduced in the spirit of Louise Hay's published philosophy. This introductory session offers a first experience, not the complete licensed curriculum.
What you'll actually do
These are the kinds of activities you can expect during the two hours. Everything is invitational — you participate at the level that feels comfortable for you.
01
We begin with a warm welcome, a brief overview, and a quiet moment to notice what brought you here today.
02
Through a short guided reflection, you'll be invited to observe the thoughts and beliefs running in the background.
03
We'll explore how thoughts, feelings, behaviour and results connect — and why awareness is the first step to change.
04
You'll experiment with choosing a supportive phrase and noticing how it feels to direct kindness inward.
05
You'll be introduced to the philosophy of Mirror Work as a self-awareness practice, with no pressure to perform.
06
We close with journaling, optional sharing and one small practice you can take into everyday life.
This is an educational and experiential preview, not a medical or guaranteed healing program. The exact flow may shift slightly based on the group's energy and questions.
Sometimes a meaningful shift begins with one moment of awareness.
A thought you had never questioned.
A belief you suddenly recognise.
A pattern you finally understand.
A new way of speaking to yourself.
This introductory experience is designed to help you pause long enough to notice what may have been operating beneath the surface.
Awareness creates choice.
And a new choice can create a new direction.
Our Thoughts Create Our Reality
Thoughts are nothing but a stream of inner dialogue — a continuous inner chatter. Each thought matters, the way a single drop sends ripples across still water.
01
“Life's a constant struggle” or “Life is a series of learning experiences.” Around 80,000 thoughts pass through us each day — most of them repeated, many of them negative.
02
Helpless, angry, anxious and powerless — or aware, centred, sensitive and hopeful. Feelings follow the thoughts we keep rehearsing.
03
Complain, withdraw, take everything personally — or focus on making yourself stronger, with patience, curiosity and openness to learning.
04
The same old thinking creates the same old results. Inner thoughts quietly shape outer reality.
Can thoughts be changed? Yes — by consciously choosing to affirm different thoughts.
Source note: The thought-feeling-behaviour-results cycle is introduced in the spirit of Louise Hay's published philosophy, particularly You Can Heal Your Life. This page summarises the concept for introductory purposes and does not reproduce proprietary teaching materials.
The Two Hours
Part 1
Arrive, slow down and step away from the noise of everyday life.
Part 2
Become more aware of the thoughts, beliefs and inner messages influencing you.
Part 3
Explore patterns that may be affecting your relationship with yourself and others.
Part 4
Participate in guided personal-development practices inspired by the Heal Your Life® philosophy.
Part 5
Reflect on what you want to think, feel or do differently moving forward.
You don't need to arrive with all the answers. You simply need the willingness to look within.

This 2-hour introductory workshop is designed to be interactive and experiential. Depending on the workshop format, participants may experience:
Participation is always respectful and appropriate to each person. You are welcome to engage at the depth that feels right for you.
Self-select with confidence
Honesty helps you decide. This is a gentle 2-hour introduction, not a universal solution. Read both sides and trust your own knowing.
You do not need previous experience with Louise Hay's work. Just come with curiosity and openness. If you are unsure whether this is the right fit, feel free to reach out before reserving your seat.
Expectations & Boundaries
Clarity helps everyone arrive with the right mindset. This is a gentle introductory workshop, not a deep-dive retreat or a substitute for professional support.
If you are currently experiencing severe emotional distress, active trauma, or a mental health crisis, please reach out to a qualified professional. This workshop is designed for self-awareness and personal growth, not crisis support.
Agenda at a Glance
A simple map of our two hours together. Each phase builds gently on the last, with space to participate at your own pace.
01
Notice the inner dialogue and patterns that shape how you see yourself.
02
Pause and explore where those patterns come from, with curiosity rather than judgment.
03
Consider a kinder, more supportive way of relating to yourself moving forward.
This is an educational and experiential overview, not a promise of any specific result. The detailed timing below gives a fuller sense of how the session unfolds.
How the 2 hours flow
The session is paced so you can participate without feeling rushed. Each segment builds on the one before it, and you are always free to engage at your own comfort level.
0:00 – 0:30
We begin with a warm welcome and a simple exercise to notice the thoughts and patterns that shape how we treat ourselves.
0:30 – 1:00
Through guided journaling and quiet reflection, we explore where those patterns may have come from and what they are trying to tell us.
1:00 – 1:30
We practise small, practical shifts — choosing a kinder inner voice and a more supportive way of responding to ourselves.
1:30 – 2:00
We close with a short sharing circle, answer questions, and share simple practices you can take into daily life.
Timing is approximate and may shift slightly based on the group's energy and questions. The goal is a meaningful experience, not a rigid schedule.
Voices from past circles
Shared with permission by past participants. First names and cities only, to protect privacy. Everyone's experience is personal, and no particular outcome is promised.
A Glimpse of the Practice
Four simple invitations we explore together during the two hours.
01
Criticism never changes a thing. Refuse to criticise yourself and watch how much softens.
02
Notice the inner chatter. You are not required to believe every thought you think.
03
Complaining keeps attention on what is missing rather than what can be created.
04
Your life is not a measurement against someone else's. Come home to your own pace.
Attribution: These invitations are adapted from the self-love and affirmation practices explored in Louise Hay's published work and the Heal Your Life® teacher training. They are shared here as an introductory overview, not as a reproduction of licensed curriculum.
The Philosophy Behind the Experience
Louise Hay became one of the most recognised voices in modern personal development through her work on self-love, affirmations, personal responsibility and changing limiting thought patterns.
Her philosophy encouraged people to become more conscious of the way they speak to themselves and to explore how greater self-acceptance can influence their experience of life.
This introductory workshop offers a first experience of these ideas in a guided and participative setting.

Kishore Bhogale works with individuals who want to move beyond surface-level change and understand the beliefs, patterns and inner conversations shaping their lives.
His approach combines compassionate self-exploration with practical personal-development tools.
During this two-hour experience, his role is to guide the process and create a respectful environment where participants can slow down, reflect and listen more deeply to themselves.
A note on trust
I don't promise to fix anyone. I simply hold a space where you can hear yourself more clearly — perhaps for the first time in a long while.
Before I began facilitating this work, I spent years exploring my own patterns — the inner critic, the need to prove, the fear of being seen. The Heal Your Life® philosophy gave me a language and a set of practices that helped me relate to myself differently.
Today, my role is not to teach from a pedestal. It is to walk beside you for these two hours, offer proven reflective practices, and create an environment where honesty feels safe.

The facilitator behind the work

I didn't leave corporate to teach theory. I left to build what I wish someone had built for me.
After 20+ years leading teams in banking and capital markets — where structure, risk, and execution were non-negotiable — Kishore walked away from the corporate world in 2021 to do what he'd been doing informally for years: help driven professionals build systems for consistent high performance.
Trained under Brendon Burchard (High Performance Institute) and Tony Robbins, Kishore blends proven coaching frameworks with optional inner work — awareness, alignment, and intentional living. No hype. No shortcuts. Just the discipline, clarity, and courage it takes to lead yourself first.
